Hi, I'm Jodi.

My journey into the perinatal world started with my own births — including two homebirths right here in Boston.

I became a certified Postpartum Doula and Lactation Educator, built Hip to Heart into a doula agency with over 60 contractors, and joined the CAPPA Faculty as the Postpartum Doula and Lactation Educator Trainer for all of New England.

Somewhere along the way, I kept hearing the same thing from every doula I worked with: "I love this work, but nobody taught me how to run the business." That sentence is the reason Birth Boss Society exists.
