Your Build Day (6–7 hours):
One completely uninterrupted, focused day — in person or virtually — where we build the infrastructure of your doula agency together. This isn't a strategy session where you leave with a list of things to figure out later. We build it in real time. Your agenda is tailored to you, but we'll cover the things that matter most:
- Your agency model — which structure fits the lifestyle and revenue goals you actually want
- Revenue and pricing strategy — what to charge, how to pay your team, how to stay profitable from day one

Follow-Up Call (3–4 weeks after):

What's the difference between the Build Day and the Agency Builder program?
The Agency Builder is an 8-week group program that walks you through building an agency step by step with a cohort of other doulas. The Build Day is a private, one-day intensive where we build YOUR agency plan together — faster, more personalized, and completely tailored to your specific situation. Choose the Builder if you want community and structured learning. Choose the Build Day if you want speed and custom strategy.
I've never run an agency before — is this too advanced for me?
Not at all. This day is specifically designed for doulas who are BUILDING their first agency. You bring the vision; I bring the framework. We build it together.
What if I already have an agency?
If you're already operating an agency and want help scaling or improving, the 1:1 Agency Growth Consulting is a better fit. The Build Day is for doulas creating their agency from scratch.
What should I prepare beforehand?
