In this episode I am chatting with the awesome Jenn Leonard, owner of Colorado Mountain Doulas about how we effectively manage our time as busy doula agency owners.  We give you some insight on what it looks like to manage an agency day-to-day, but also keeping in mind the bigger picture of supporting a large perinatal community and our incredible doula community, all while trying to care for our families and ourselves.  


It's not easy for sure, but we love it, so most days it doesn't feel like "work".
