BBS Membership Terms of Purchase

Effective July 23, 2026.

2. Automatic renewal — please read

Your membership renews automatically. When you enroll, you authorize us to charge your payment method the price of the tier and billing cycle you selected, on the same date of each billing period, until you cancel. There is no fixed end date and charges continue until you cancel.

• Monthly plans renew every month on your enrollment date, at $99 (CEO) or $199 (Agency).
• Annual plans renew every twelve months on your enrollment date, at $999 (CEO) or $1,990 (Agency).

We send a receipt after each charge. Before each annual renewal we will send you a reminder in advance of the charge, with the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel.

3. How to cancel

If a path is not working for any reason, email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

4. Free trials

We sometimes offer a 30-day trial of membership. Where you enroll through a trial offer:

• Your trial begins on the day you enroll and runs for 30 days.
• At the end of the trial your membership converts automatically to a paid subscription at the tier and billing cycle you selected, and your payment method is charged. It continues to renew until you cancel.
• The price you will be charged, and the date of that first charge, are shown to you before you enroll.
• You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. Cancelling during the trial ends your access at the end of the trial period.
• We will send you a reminder before your trial converts, with the date, the amount, and how to cancel.
• Trials are limited to one per person. We may decline a trial to anyone who has previously held a membership or used a trial.

5. When cancellation takes effect

Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then ends. We do not prorate or refund partial periods.

6. Refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable, including the payment for the billing period during which you cancel. Because membership gives you immediate and complete access to the community and the full resource library the moment you join, we cannot offer refunds on periods already begun. This applies equally to monthly and annual plans.

This does not limit any refund right you have under the law of the state where you live. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within thirty days and we will look into it and correct genuine billing mistakes.

7. Changing tiers

You may move between the CEO and Agency tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the difference for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period; we do not refund the difference for the period already paid.

8. Price changes

We may change membership prices. If we do, we will give you at least thirty (30) days' written notice before the new price applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before then if you do not want to continue at the new rate. Your continued membership after the notice period means you accept the new price.

9. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over the following days and will let you know. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be suspended and then cancelled. Keeping your payment information current is your responsibility. You are responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer charges you.

10. Member pricing on other programs

Membership includes preferential pricing on certain other Birth Boss Society programs and events, including the CEO Summit. Member pricing is a benefit of active membership. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, you lose access to member pricing on future purchases. Member pricing is not retroactive and does not apply to purchases made before you joined.

11. Your access and conduct

Membership is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Our Community Code of Conduct applies to your participation. We may suspend or terminate membership for conduct that violates it. Where we terminate for cause, no refund is due.

12. Intellectual property

Member materials are licensed to you for use in your own business under the terms in our Terms of Use. You may not share, republish, resell, or use them to build a competing training, course, or membership.

13. No guarantee of results

Membership provides education, community, and resources. It does not guarantee any business or financial outcome. Our Earnings & Results Disclaimer applies. Nothing provided in membership is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version presented at your checkout governs your original purchase. For material changes affecting future renewals, we will give you notice before the change applies and you may cancel if you do not agree.

15. Assignment

We may assign these terms and your membership agreement to an affiliated entity or to a successor entity that operates Birth Boss Society, including in connection with a reorganization of our business, without your consent, provided your membership continues on identical terms. We will notify you of any change in the entity operating Birth Boss Society. You may not assign your membership.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute directly before either party pursues formal action.

17. Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Membership Terms of Purchase, that you understand your membership renews automatically at the price and billing cycle you selected until you cancel, and that payments are non-refundable.
