BBS Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective July 23, 2026.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our members to do the same.

Our content

All content we create — courses, videos, templates, workbooks, frameworks, written material, graphics, and our brand assets — is protected by copyright and trademark and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed except as permitted in our Terms of Use.

Reporting infringement

If you believe material on our site or in our community infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a direct link is best
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Designated Copyright Agent: Jodi Congdon, Hip to Heart LLC, 25 Messenger Street, Plainville, MA 02762, [email protected]

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent, including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your name, address, and telephone number, along with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages under federal law.
