BBS CEO Summit Attendee Terms & Release
Effective July 23, 2026.
These Terms govern your registration for The Birth Boss CEO Summit, April 9–10, 2027, at the Liberty Hotel, Boston, Massachusetts, offered by Hip to Heart LLC ("Birth Boss Society," "we," or "us"). By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
The Agency Owner Mastermind on April 11, 2027 is a separate program governed by its own agreement.
1. What your ticket includes
Your ticket includes admission to the Summit sessions and the specific inclusions listed on the Summit page at the time of your purchase. The Summit page description controls what is included.
Travel, lodging, ground transportation, meals not expressly listed, and all other personal expenses are your responsibility. Booking non-refundable travel is done at your own risk.
2. Payment
|
Ticket |
Price |
|---|---|
| Birth Boss Society member | $1,097 |
| Non-member | $1,197 |
| Deposit to hold a seat | $200, applied to your ticket price |
Where a payment plan is offered and selected, all installments must be completed before the event begins. Your seat is confirmed only when your first payment or deposit is successfully processed. You are responsible for keeping payment information current and for any failed-payment or chargeback fees.
The $200 deposit is non-refundable and is applied to your ticket price.
3. Member pricing
Active Birth Boss Society members pay the member ticket price. Member pricing requires an active membership at the time of purchase and is not retroactive. If your membership lapses after purchase, your ticket remains valid.
4. Cancellations, refunds, and transfers
- The $200 deposit is non-refundable at any point.
- Cancelling more than 30 days before the Summit: amounts paid beyond the deposit may be refunded, or applied as credit toward a future Birth Boss Society offering, at your option.
- Cancelling within 30 days of the Summit: the full ticket price is non-refundable and no credit is available. Venue and catering commitments are made on these numbers.
- Transfers: with our prior written approval, you may transfer your ticket to another perinatal professional at no charge up to 14 days before the event. The person receiving the ticket must accept these Terms.
- All cancellation requests must be in writing to [email protected]. The date we receive your written request is the cancellation date.
5. If we change or cancel the event
If we must reschedule, your ticket carries to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may transfer your ticket or receive a credit toward a future offering.
If we cancel the Summit entirely and cannot offer a comparable alternative, you will receive a refund of amounts you paid for your ticket. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or any other costs you incur, whether we reschedule or cancel.
We may substitute speakers, adjust the agenda, or change the format where circumstances require it, without that constituting a cancellation.
6. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for failure to hold the Summit as planned due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, public health emergency, government order, venue closure, labor disruption, utility or transportation failure, or acts of war or terrorism. In those circumstances we will reschedule where we can, or offer credit toward a future offering.
7. Assumption of risk and release
You understand that attending an in-person event involves inherent risks, including travel risk, risk of illness or infectious disease, and the ordinary risks of being in a hotel and conference environment.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Hip to Heart LLC, its owners, officers, contractors, speakers, volunteers, and vendors from any claim for illness, injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You are responsible for your own health decisions, your own insurance, and your own belongings. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
You agree to follow the venue's rules and any health or safety requirements in effect at the time of the event.
8. Photo, video, and media release
We photograph and record the Summit for marketing and educational use. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness, voice, and non-confidential remarks in photographs, video, audio, and written materials, in any medium, without further compensation or approval.
Confidential hot-seat content and individual business specifics shared in a closed session will not be published without your consent. If you wish to opt out of marketing use of your likeness, notify us in writing at [email protected] before the event so we can arrange it.
You may not record Summit sessions — audio, video, or live-stream — without our written permission. Personal photographs are welcome.
We may record sessions ourselves. Whether any recording is made available afterward, and on what terms, is at our discretion. Your ticket does not include recordings and no recording is promised. If we later offer session recordings for sale or as a member benefit, that is a separate offer.
9. Confidentiality
Attendees share real numbers and real struggles. What is shared in the room stays in the room. You agree not to disclose or use any business, financial, or personal information shared by another attendee outside the event. This obligation continues after the Summit ends.
10. Conduct
Our Community Code of Conduct applies at the Summit. We may remove any attendee whose conduct is harassing, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive, or unsafe, or who is impaired in a way that affects others, without refund and without liability.
The Summit is not a venue for soliciting attendees into other programs or businesses without our written permission.
11. Intellectual property
All Summit materials, slides, frameworks, and recordings are our intellectual property, licensed to you for use in your own business only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or repurpose them to teach or sell to others.
12. No guarantee of results
The Summit provides education, strategy, and community. We do not guarantee any business, financial, or professional outcome. Nothing provided at the Summit is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Our Earnings & Results Disclaimer applies.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the Summit will not exceed the ticket price you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or non-refundable travel and lodging costs.
14. Guests and children
Summit admission is for the registered attendee only. Guests, partners, and children may not attend sessions. Nursing infants in arms are welcome; please let us know in advance so we can make sure the space works for you.
15. Assignment
We may assign these Terms and our obligations for the Summit to an affiliated entity or to a successor entity that operates Birth Boss Society, without your consent, provided the Summit is delivered on identical terms. We will notify you of any change in the entity operating Birth Boss Society. You may not assign your registration except as a ticket transfer under Section 4.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute before pursuing formal action, and any action will be brought in the state or federal courts of Massachusetts.
17. Entire agreement and acceptance
These Terms, together with the Summit offer page and your purchase confirmation, are the entire agreement regarding your registration. The version presented at your checkout governs your purchase. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
By completing your purchase of a Birth Boss CEO Summit ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Attendee Terms and Release, including the assumption of risk in Section 7 and the media release in Section 8.
