BBS Affiliate Program Agreement

Effective July 23, 2026.

Thank you for wanting to share Birth Boss Society. This agreement governs your participation in our affiliate program. By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment

Affiliate applications are reviewed and approved at our discretion. We may decline or end any affiliate relationship at any time. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information, including the tax information we need to pay you.

2. Commissions

Commission rates vary by campaign and by offer. The rate that applies to you is the rate we disclose to you in writing for that campaign. Where no rate has been communicated to you in writing, no commission is payable.
Only selected offers are commissionable. We will tell you which offers are included in a campaign. Promoting a non-commissionable offer does not earn a commission, even through your affiliate link.
Attribution uses a 60-day cookie window. Where multiple affiliates are involved, last click wins.
Commissions are earned only on completed, paid purchases and are calculated on the net amount received after discounts and processing fees.
Commissions are paid monthly, in the month following the month in which they were earned, subject to a $50 minimum balance.
Where a commissionable offer is a recurring subscription, commission applies as stated in the campaign terms for that offer.
Commissions are not payable on an enrollment made during a free trial until the trial converts and the first payment is collected.
Commissions on refunded, charged back, or cancelled purchases are reversed. Refunded amounts are deducted from your next payout or invoiced if no future payout is expected.
You may not earn a commission on your own purchase or on purchases you make for someone else.
We will issue a Form 1099 where required. You are responsible for your own taxes as an independent party.

3. Required disclosure

Federal law requires you to clearly disclose your relationship with us whenever you promote our programs. This is not optional and it is not something we can waive.

Disclose before the affiliate link, not after it, and not buried at the bottom of a post
Use plain language: "I earn a commission if you buy through this link" or "affiliate link — I get paid if you enroll"
Disclose on every platform and in every format — posts, stories, reels, emails, podcasts, videos, and DMs
On video, say it out loud as well as showing it on screen. On audio, say it.
Hashtags alone are not enough, and #ad buried in a block of tags is not a disclosure

If you also received free or discounted access to a program you are promoting, disclose that too.

4. Honest promotion

You may only make claims about our programs that are truthful and that you can support. Specifically, you agree not to:

Guarantee income, results, bookings, or business growth
Share income figures as typical, expected, or achievable without a clear "results not typical" disclaimer
Invent, exaggerate, or embellish your own results with our programs
Claim you are certified by, employed by, endorsed by, or a representative of Birth Boss Society
Promote a program you have not personally experienced as though you have
Make claims about what our programs include beyond what our own sales pages say

You are responsible for your own marketing claims. We are also potentially liable for them, which is why this section is strict and why we monitor affiliate promotions.

5. What you may not do

Bid on our brand name, program names, or misspellings of them in paid search
Use our name or trademarks in your domain name, social handle, or email sender name
Send unsolicited bulk email or text, or promote us in any way that violates anti-spam law
Post your affiliate link in our member community, in our comment sections, or in other people's communities without their permission
Use coupon, cashback, cookie-stuffing, or incentivized-click methods
Offer your own unauthorized discount, rebate, or bonus in our name
Promote us on sites containing adult, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content
Impersonate us or create pages, ads, or accounts that appear to be official Birth Boss Society properties
Copy our sales pages, emails, or ad copy without our written permission

6. Approved materials

We provide approved graphics, copy, and links. Using them is the safest path. You may write your own promotional copy, but it must comply with Sections 3, 4, and 5. We may ask you to change or remove any promotion, and you agree to comply promptly.

7. Our trademarks

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our name and approved logos solely to promote our programs during the term of this agreement, in the form we provide, without alteration. All goodwill from that use belongs to us. The license ends when this agreement ends, and you must remove our marks and links promptly.

8. Relationship

You are an independent party, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer. You have no authority to make representations, incur obligations, or enter agreements on our behalf. You are responsible for your own business expenses, taxes, and compliance.

9. Termination

Either of us may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. On termination you must stop using our links, marks, and materials. We will pay commissions properly earned before termination, except where we terminate for a violation of Sections 3, 4, or 5, in which case we may withhold unpaid commissions.

10. Liability and indemnification

Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the commissions paid to you in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost commissions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your promotional activity, your claims about our programs, your failure to disclose, or your breach of this agreement.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update this agreement with notice; continued participation means acceptance. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

12. Acceptance

By enrolling in the Birth Boss Society affiliate program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Affiliate Program Agreement, including the disclosure requirements in Section 3.
